81. Unless you need to, don't answer phone calls, instant messages, or instant message when you're doing something else.

It can be hard to get back on task if you are interrupted.
Return calls or texts, after you get done with whatever task you're working on, has been completed.

82. Don't dismiss the simplicity of a simple pocket-sized planner with pages for you to write in appointments, birthdays, lists and other important things.
People tend to rely too much on electronic gadgets to help them manage their lives, but paper and pen can often be the most effective way to organize your thoughts.

83. Keep your area organized to help keep time from slipping away.
Wasting five minutes searching for something will add up to hours a week.
Organize your materials and keep them in the same place.
This organized work area will save you a lot of time and stress.

84. Get out of the house if you're finding your concentration lagging.
Sometimes a change of location is all that you need to renew your focus and operate much more effectively.
It can be a real blessing to time management to change things up a few times during the day.

85. Sometimes, better time management can be as easy as having a clock within your line of vision.
There are many times when you get so engrossed in the task at hand that you can lose track of time.
If you have a large clock right in front of you, it will help keep you aware of your usage of time.

Whenever you get a task delegated to you.
Ask for clear instructions to avoid disappointment and frustration somewhere down the line.

Meetings can be gruesome.
Sometimes there is no agenda, no order and confusion, and distraction during them.
Try to avoid this kind of meetings.

95. Leave buffer time in-between.
Don’t pack everything tightly together.
Leave a 5-10 minute buffer time in between each task.

96. Practice not answering the phone just because it's ringing and e-mails only because they show up.
Disconnect instant messaging.
Don't instantly give people your attention unless it's crucial to your business to offer an immediate human response.

97. Be conscientious of the amount of TV/Internet/gaming time you spend.
Time spent browsing Twitter or gaming or watching TV and movies can be one of the biggest drains on productivity.
